Lightnin' Hopkins was a great Texas blues innovator and investigator of the electric guitar, a powerful composer and a magnificent bluesman. From 1946 to 1953, 'Poor' Lightnin' had many hits and was extremely popular among the Blacks. This album covers the works of this incredibly creative bluesman.
