At ArkivMusic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all discs and booklets are included and the product remains factory-sealed.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns department, making sure to clearly write your RMA number on the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
