On this CD Pavel Sporcl plays the compositions of the most significant Czech violin virtuosi of the period between Paganini and Oistrach. These outstanding representatives of the Czech violin collected the highest honors in the 19th and 20th centuries and laid the pedagogical foundation for their successors.
